Literature Text

Well we’re playing with fire beneath the Demon Moon;
Our glittering hearts of glass snared by shadow stalkers
while our painful smiles reflect firefly flashes, illuminated
underneath the Skeleton Moon.

”Hello, Hello? Are you there?”
Pale fingers crawl like spiders over plastic and glass;
Pushing, pulling, leading toward sinister shadows
beneath the Demon Moon.

”I’ve always been here; Waiting for you.”
Smiles contort to silent screams;  Blood flowers bloom as white flesh
cracks and tears; Glowing bright as jewels beneath the
Skeleton Moon.

We’re consumed by fire beneath the Demon Moon;
Our glittering hearts of glass smashed by shadow stalkers
while our screams rise upon the winds to serenade the stars
underneath the Skeleton Moon.
One of my longest poems ever.
I'm okay with it, but I don't think it's that spectacular. I haven't written anything for quite awhile, and this was inspired by using an Ouija Board.
Of course this depicts a really really bad experience with the board.
Yay for my pretty imagination. >_o;
